Tyler Bennett
Owner
Tyler Bennett has vast experience in real estate and lending. He currently holds a mortgage, real estate, and insurance licenses.
Over the past 15 years, he has successfully helped investment buyers purchase and rent over 6,000 single family residences for well over 1 Billion dollars in value. He is passionate about using real estate as a vehicle to help clients achieve greater financial independence. He is personally active in many forms of real estate including rentals, repositioning, developing, and the buying and selling of many types of assets.
Along with his wife, Leigh, he owns award-winning Amara Med Spa Salon & Boutique, which has several locations and employs over 100 people. He takes great pride in employing so many young individuals and helping them create successful careers over time.
Tyler and Leigh live in Utah with their five children. When he’s not working you will find him coaching or watching his kids at their many athletic events all over the country. He’s passionate about health and enjoys staying active with anything sports related.
Brandon Grange
Director of Acquisitions
With a vast array of experience in both commercial and residential real estate, Brandon Grange brings over 20 years of experience to the Tyler Bennett Real Estate team. Brandon started his career in 1998 after graduating from the University of Utah with a BS in Political Science. The first 10 years of Brandon’s career were spent in the commercial real estate sector, the first two years in the commercial analysis field, and the last 8 in commercial retail leasing and brokerage.
For the last 10 years Brandon has worked with Tyler Bennett predominately in the residential investment sector, sourcing product for over 6,000 single family residences totaling over $600 million in sales. He also managed a privately held real estate fund with assets totaling over $5 million for the purchase, renovation, and disposition of single family investment real estate.
Brandon’s personal interests include spending time in the outdoors, golf, and supporting University of Utah athletics. Brandon and his wife Jennifer, live in Utah with their 3 children.
Todd Leaver
Director of Operations
For nearly 15 years, Todd Leaver has been involved in the real estate industry and has expanded his array of expertise throughout the field. His real estate career began in 2005 where he worked in the Las Vegas, NV market as an appraiser. He later took his career to Utah where he worked as an appraiser for over 10 years. He currently holds his real estate agent license as well as his license as a certified appraiser. Over the years he has been involved in over $300 million in real estate transactions. Through his experience, Todd has a acquired a vast knowledge of the real estate industry. He brings a highly valued perspective to the TB Real Estate team as he helps to find and analyze the best markets for his clients.
Todd's personal interests include snowboarding, skateboarding, basketball, and coaching his children in sports. He and his wife, along with their 4 children reside in UT where they enjoy spending time hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, and all other outdoor activities.
Tasha
Marcon
Executive Assistant
Tasha provides excellent attention to detail and effectively administers assistance to the team to ensure company efficiency. Working in coordination with all company employees, Tasha has been a proven resource in employee management and overall company morale.
Tasha brings a vast knowledge of personnel skills, office management, information organization, client relations, and process efficiency to the team.
Working closely with Tyler Bennett, Tasha ensures the company is functioning in a smooth and effective manner. Her goal is to help create a positive, strong company culture where employees feel valued and engaged; a business where clients are informed and pleased with the service we provide.
In her spare time, Tasha enjoys being with her husband and three beautiful children,
traveling, spending time outdoors, and reading.
Elisha Matthys
Transaction Coordinator
With almost 20 years of experience; Elisha's career started as an Escrow Officer where she first developed a love for the industry and a true understanding of the real estate world. She still holds her Escrow License making her a great asset to our team. She has helped many people through the complicated process of home ownership.
Elisha values her clients and works very hard to make sure every small detail is attended to before reaching the closing table and funding the transaction.
Elisha lives in Utah with the love of her life, Scott, and their two beautiful sons. In her spare time she loves enjoying every season Utah has to offer some of her favorites are skiing in the winter and boating in the summer.
