Tyler Bennett
Owner
Tyler Bennett has a vast experience in real estate and lending. He currently holds a mortgage license, real estate license, and an insurance license, all in the State of Utah.
Over the past 15 years, he has successfully helped investment buyers purchase and rent over 6000 single family residences. He is personally active in many forms of real estate including rentals, repositioning, developing, and the buying and selling of many types of assets. He also owns an insurance office and with his wife, Leigh, owns award-winning Amara Day Spa Salon & Boutique, which has several locations and employs over 115 people. He is active in mortgages, personally transacting over $300 million in volume and managing teams that have produced over $900 million.
Tyler serves on the board of directors of a water company and enjoys being actively involved in securing clean, healthy water to the residents of the HOA. Tyler and Leigh live in Lindon, Utah with their five children.

Todd Leaver
Director of Operations
For nearly 15 years, Todd Leaver has been involved in the real estate industry and has expanded his array of expertise throughout the field. His real estate career began in 2005 where he worked in the Las Vegas, NV market as an appraiser. He later took his career to Utah where he worked as an appraiser for over 10 years. He currently holds his real estate agent license as well as his license as a certified appraiser. Over the years he has been involved in over $300 million in real estate transactions. Through his experience, Todd has a acquired a vast knowledge of the real estate industry. He brings a highly valued perspective to the TB Real Estate team as he helps to find and analyze the best markets for his clients.
Todd's personal interests include snowboarding, skateboarding, basketball, and coaching his children in sports. He and his wife, along with their 4 children reside in Lehi, UT where they enjoy spending time hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, and all other outdoor activities.

Chelsea Frederickson
Executive Assistant
For over a decade, Chelsea has provided excellent attention to detail and has effectively administered assistance to executives to ensure company efficiency. Working in close coordination with all company employees, Chelsea has been a proven resource in
employee management and overall company morale.
Chelsea received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Grand Canyon University
and has brought a vast knowledge of personnel skills, office management, information organization, client relations, and process efficiency to TB Real Estate.
Working closely with Tyler Bennett, Chelsea effectively assists Tyler in ensuring TB Real Estate is functioning in a smooth and effective manner. Her goal is to help Tyler create a business where
employees feel appreciated and are given the necessary resources to be as successful as possible, a business where clients are informed and pleased with the service we provide.
In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys being with her husband and three beautiful children,
traveling, spending time outdoors, and shopping.

Elisha Matthys
Transaction Coordinator
With almost 20 years of experience; Elisha's career started as an Escrow Officer where she first developed a love for the industry and a true understanding of the real estate world. She still holds her Escrow License making her a great asset to our team. She has helped many people through the complicated process of home ownership.
Elisha values her clients and works very hard to make sure every small detail is attended to before reaching the closing table and funding the transaction.
Elisha lives in Utah with the love of her life, Scott, and their two beautiful sons. In her spare time she loves enjoying every season Utah has to offer some of her favorites are skiing in the winter and boating in the summer.
